states helmet laws Belt and helmet laws: we live in a Nanny State?
Who else feels as if their personal freedoms are violated shall have a helmet with a bike to wear a safety belt or in your car? Next thing you know, we are told & cheese that continue to eat beef, we must add have a heart defib installed in our dining rooms I should also that I am not looking for statistics or mortality in Motoring accidents. This is a question of personal Responsibility and the freedom to make their own decisions, the personal security have no impact on other citizens.
YES! ! ! The Declaration of Independence says I have the right to the pursuit of happiness. I like to pursue happiness on a motorcycle but can not follow it up with a helmet. I have not ridden since 1991, if the helmet law, the legislature approved here in the People's Republic of California.
