A student from my high school was hit and killed while he was on his motorcycle.will the driver of the car charged?
a graduate The recent high school I was traveling south on a highway when the driver of a car, driving north on the highway waiting for a turn in a turning lane making, went for the turn and cut in front of the motorcyclist.
