helmet center this is costochondritis or rib dislocated one?
When I was 15 and playing soccer one child took off his helmet and hit me dead center in my sternum. I I felt miserable for a few days. after, it popped up fine it again by itself. but since the second rib from above appears on the left side of my sternum it even fails in and of place. available until about a year and a half years have stuck it seems out of place and does not come back in. Pop a hardening it right where the rib and take sternum secure, but if I tell my Dr he just writes it off as costochondritis. and says it will go away on its own, but it never really works. a chiropractor could help them? or it will pop it back in time itself?
Ouchy! get a second opinion from another doctor. An xray should able to say .... I hate having rib X-rays, not to come here: P
