Why do I feel so good after a mountain bike accident?
I had a mountain bike accident about a month ago. I was pretty fast on the road and tried to directly on a log, mucus had to grow that I did not notice. I hit the ground hard. Landed on my right side of my head and cracked my helmet into two halves. At first I thought I had completely driven into the right side of my face, but had only one big goose egg and a really bad road rash. I Bike held for four days (I was on a holiday) and had fun. But after the accident I felt really good for about 2 weeks and had a lot of energy and felt almost euphoric. Is this a "normal" res Ponce for a near-death experience?
I have felt the same way. They were the most at a high adrenaline likely. I'm sure you felt pretty much invincible. It is normal and why it is sorta adrenaline junkies who cannot get enough of the near death experiences.
